FDA and Food Regulations

by Administrator 13. July 2009 05:56

The way the FDA and Agriculture Department handle food is changing. There are currently 15 agencies that oversee food regulation in the US, causing communication difficulties and leading to outbreaks.

Over the last few months there have been salmonella and E coli outbreaks in massive quantities of peanut products, beef and cookie dough. This, however, was only a few months worth of food recalls. There have been many more in the last few years.

If you or someone you know has been injured by a food product, contact the Racine personal injury attorneys of Habush Habush & Rottier, SC at 800-242-2874.
