Four high school wrestlers from Wisconsin recently pled not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct after they were accused of sexually harassing their teammate.
In March of this year, a freshman at Lincoln High School came forward to police telling them that the four boys on his wrestling team danced naked in front of him and touched him with their genitals. He further stated that he had been harassed by the boys on at least five separate occasions. The teenager also told officials at his school of the harassment, and an investigation began into the incident.
The four boys were charged with disorderly conduct instead of sexual harassment, which angered some. They will be tried as adults, and they are facing a fine of $1,000 each and 90 days in jail if convicted of the charges.
