Madison, Wisconsin residents Alfonso Studesville, Jr. and his wife Janet (67 and 68-years-old, respectively), who are the parents of Denver Broncos running backs coach Eric Studesville, died on Tuesday, June 4, in Sherman County when a tractor-trailer hit the motorcycle they were riding.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety officials, the couple were driving a Honda Goldwing, headed east on U.S. Highway 54 about five miles southwest of Texhoma, when Dalhart resident Dewayne Buck, who was driving a tractor-trailer heading west, crossed the median into eastbound traffic and slammed head-on into the motorcycle.

The Studesvilles were declared dead at the scene of the accident, while Buck was left unharmed.
