Paparazzi sue Justin Bieber for alleged assault

Posted under Personal Injury

Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber is being sued by paparazzi Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran after Duran was supposedly punched and kicked by the singer outside of a movie theater last year in Calabasas, California.

According to the Associated Press, Duran is claiming that he received a kick to the gut and a punch to the face after he followed Bieber to his car as he and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez were leaving the movie theater.

Upon responding to the scene, police investigators weren’t able to see any injury on Duran, while a doctor who examined him found only minor ones.

Prosecutors did not file misdemeanor charges against Beiber last May after not being able to find evidence of the alleged attack.
