Nearly 10 years ago, a man was allegedly involved in a crash with a motorcycle. On August 27, 1999, the man pulled in front of a motorcycle, causing a crash that killed the rider.

The man was arrested in 1999 but disappeared after posting bail. On Monday, he was rearrested and is being held on $100,000 bail. Now that he is back in the court system, the family of the rider may get some closure to the accident.
