Police car strikes car, injures woman

by Administrator 11. September 2009 00:25

While driving through an intersection at Main and Seventh street, a woman's car was hit by a Racine police squad car. Linda Heintz of Racine alledgedly ran the red light, and the squad car hit her while taking a left onto Main St.

Heintz was injured in the accident and taken to a nearby hospital. Immediately after the accident, neither Heintz nor the officer received a citation. The Racine police officer review board will investigate the accident and reevaluate the accident.
