The risks associated with sports stadiums

by Administrator 9. November 2009 07:39

Every weekend in the fall, thousands of people attend football games. While at these games, these fans assume that they are cheering in a safe and protected environment.

However, stadiums are not free of all risks associated with possible injuries. For instance, stadiums often include many high beams, and if these beams collapsed and injured some fans, then the owners of the stadium would likely be held liable.

Personal injury cases, however, may not apply to injuries caused by the sport being played. For instance, if a fan is injured by an errant baseball in a ballgame, then that fan may not be able to sue for damages.

If you or anyone you know has been injured at a sporting event, contact the Racine personal injury lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier, S.C., at 800-242-2874.
