A woman pleaded guilty to driving drunk and killing a cyclist in 2008. According to court reports, the 2008 accident involved the woman driving drunk, hitting a bicyclist, and fleeing the scene of the accident.

While the woman did not receive her sentence at the plea hearing, a homicide conviction for such a crime carries a maximum of 25 years in prison. Her trial in the Racine County Circuit Court was scheduled to begin last Tuesday.
