A 26 year-old sex offender was arrested this week in Vernon County for the second time.
An investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections determined the man had violated the GPS boundaries set on his GPS bracelet as part of his parole. He admitted the violation to his parole officer.
In 2007, the man was sentenced to three years in prison for second-degree sexual assault of a child. Authorities originally charged him with five counts of sexual assault of a child following multiple incidents involving boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 11. He will appear in court at the end of the month.
